 The use of all or part of each of these indexes, the information they contain and/or their name is therefore subject to the prior written authorization of FinanceAgri. Any unauthorized use would constitute an infringement of FinanceAgri’ rights and a violation of the present stipulations. FinanceAgri reserves the right to take any measures necessary to ensure that its rights are respected in the event of an infringement.

Therefore, regarding the above-mentioned extract, we remind you that you are not entitled to reproduce, nor to communicate, transmit or disclose the date included in the SISALMONI Index or this Index itself to third parties, or publish it in any way whatsoever.

FinanceAgri, which takes the initiative and the risk linked to the SISALMONI Index and works with numerous contributors in order to offer its subscribers a reliable, high-quality Index, benefits from private protection insofar as the constitution, verification and presentation of this Index involve a significant financial and material investment.

Moreover, it is therefore not possible to use for your own commercial purposes the Index, which is protected by database producer’s rights, as well as its name SISALMONI, which is protected by trademark rights.

Please note that in the event of non-compliance with these provisions, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to stop any infringement of FinanAgri’s rights on the SISALMONI Index.
